Beth Faus is Vice President at Cathay Innovation, based in Barcelona. Beth brings more than 10 years of experience across venture capital, strategy, and innovation, combining deep local market expertise with international investment and operational experience.

Prior to joining Cathay, Beth spent 6 years as a technology investor at Notion Capital in London and Seaya Ventures in Madrid, where she led investments and value-creation initiatives for high-growth technology companies.

Before that, she worked as a strategy consultant at Deloitte, advising large Spanish corporations on innovation and growth-related projects. Beth holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from ESADE.
