Lembit Uibo is Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to Spain. He previously served as Ambassador to France and as non-resident Ambassador to Monaco, Iraq and Tunisia, as well as Director General of the Political Department of the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has also served as Estonia’s Permanent Representative to the EU Political and Security Committee and as Ambassador to Belgium and the Czech Republic. His career combines senior diplomatic, European and international law experience, including as Estonia’s Agent before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
